people peaceably to assemble and to petition for a redress of
grievances.
Joseph Martin, former editor of the Cherokee One
Feather, was publisher of the weekly Cherokee Times. He took the paper
online after print proved to be costly. After taking a hiatus while
running for office, he has decided to restart the page.
Martin holds a BA in Public Relations with a minor
in journalism from Auburn University and has more than 12 years of
media experience.
Martin is married to C. Angela Martin and has one son.
